6、镇中心公园方案设计 ZHANGJIWO CENTRAL PARK LANSCAPE DESIGN OF XIQING DISTRICT IN TIANJIN 7 植物资源:天津是华北平原滨海地区的一个城市,海退的时间较晚,地势较低,一般地方为海拔三米左右,西北部略高平均海拔是六米左右。因而土壤和水内的含盐量较高,近海地方为23,一般地方在0.41以上,就是已种植的农田也含有0.20.6的盐。Flora resources:Tianjin locates on north costal region of China.Low-lying and late regression.The lowes

7、t area is about 3 meters elevation and 6 meters above as average elevation on north-west.With high soil salinity,2%-3%near the sea,generally 0.4-1%and 0.2%-0.6%in farm lands.动物资源:据调查统计，目前全市有记录的野生动物有850多种（不包括昆虫类），其中鸟类有360种，兽类动物有40种，两栖类动物有7种，爬行类动物有18种，鱼类有127种，大型无脊椎动物14种，底栖动物230余种，浮游动物55种。现有国家重点保护野生动物4

8、8种，其中国家一级保护动物10种，二级重点保护野生动物38种。国家保护的有益的或者有重要经济、科学研究价值的陆生野生动物即“三有”保护动物300多种。Fauna resources:There are approximately 850 wild animal species have been recorded.360 birds species,40 animals species,7 amphibian species,127 fish species.48 species key state protective animals.水资源:天津是资源型缺水城市，人均水资源占有量仅160m

9、，为全国人均占有量的十六分之一，世界人均占有量的五十分之一，远远低于世界公认的人均占有量1000m的缺水警戒线，属缺水地区。而且现在天津自身的人口已经偏多，超出了环境的承载能力。Water resources:Water resource has been in deficient in Tianjin.Water resource of per capita has only 160m which is 6%of Chinas average and 2%of worlds average.Way lower than worlds hydrophane warning line.Curre

12、统景观资源和现代产业新型景观资源的并存局面，我们该如何对待城市与乡村、历史与传承、新与旧相结合的问题。从这一基点出发，我们面临巨大挑战。There are plenty of historical sites and natural resources around the site.Zhangjiawo is the satellite city of Tianjin which has convenience transport system and rich local culture.Along with the development of urbanization,modern i

13、ndustries,demonstration parks,manors,clubs in Zhangjiawo develop rapidly.Zhangjiawo is surrounded by large area of farmland,jujube yards and other agricultural resources.Therefore,it is a huge challenge to develop both modernization and maintaining cultural tradition at the mea Landscape Resource 景观

15、正在规划建设，发展态势良好。本项目位于镇区中心偏南，北侧紧邻镇政府，距天津南站1.5公里。基地呈三角形，规划总面积约10.37公顷，包含公园用地面积和道路退绿面积。The South station business district of Zhangjiawo is constructing in a good condition.This project sits on the south of town center,north of the town government.1.5km from Tianjin South station.With a total area of 10.

16、37 hectare which comprise of park land and path green belt.张家窝镇位于天津市西南部，西青区中部，距外环线6公里，紧邻天津市高新技术产业园区和天津市第三高教区，区位优势明显。京沪高铁枢纽站天津南站和地铁3号线始发站坐落于此，多条高速公路穿境而过，交通条件便利。Zhangjiawo town locates in the southwest of Tianjin Xiqing district,6km away from the outer ring and adjacent to Tianjin high-tech industrial

19、ed.Xianghe road and Fengya road has the green line in the middle of the road,If people want to reach the park,They need go through at the crossroads._未来规划离场地北侧不远处设公交首末站，对于在场地西、南侧出入口使用该站点便利性较弱。_In the future,There is a bus station closed to the north of the site.But it is a little far away from the w

21、N OF XIQING DISTRICT IN TIANJIN 12 _半湿润大陆季风性气候 _Semi-moist continental monsoon climate _四季分明，冬季寒冷、刮风且干燥，夏季潮湿、炎热 _Four clearly divided seasons.The winter is cold,windy and dry,while summer is humid and hot._降雨量集中.年均降雨量约为55 680毫米（22-28英寸），约80%发生在六月至八月之间。_The average annual rainfall is around 550-680 m

31、带。_在面向市区和镇政府的景观界面，将布置展览馆和体育馆两大功能性建筑，成为场地内两个重要的景观节点。同时，根据公园的建设分期，将先期建设的展览馆布置在公园的东南角，后期建设的体育中心布置在公园的北角处。_场地南侧的污水泵站和东侧的加油站影响到两栋建筑的位置。总结一：场地现状构建公园基本骨架 Summary one:Existing Condition decides the main structure of the park SITE OVERVIEW 解读基址 _The condition of the site decided the in the land will be divid

32、ed into two parts.One part faces residential area and the other faces urban area and main roads._In the future,a green and blue axis will be constructed in central park to connect wetland and urban green plaques _Exhibition hall and sports stadium will be built as two major functional constructions

33、of the landscape interface between urban and town.Meanwhile,exhibition hall will be located on the south-east corner in the early stage and sports stadium on the north corner in later stage._The swage pumping station on the south and gas station on the east will cause impacts on those two buildings.

35、活动类型单一 城市发展得太快，不能种田，能有地儿溜溜弯也不错。Its great to have a place for walk instead of farming.附近找不到孩子安全玩耍的地方呀！We cannot find a safe place for our children to have some fun.在这野餐太晒！People may get sunburn if they picnic here.希望很快可以到对面的公园里玩滑板 I wish I can play my skateboard in that park SITE OVERVIEW 解读基址 _Zhang
