18、室-40教师宿舍-2659小计707024986南山指引九年一贯制（36班小学45人/班、18班中学50人/班）小计专用教室小计公共教学用房小计小计办公用房生活服务用房合计5.9.3 中小学校：中小学校泛指对青少年实施中等和初等教育的各种学校，包括中专职业学校、中学、小学、九年一贯制学校、特殊教育学校五种类别。（1）建筑退让除满足建筑退红线要求及日照要求外，尚应满足普通教室长边与周边相邻建筑的距离应不小于 25m。（2）中小学校的教学、办公用房宜为多层建筑。小学普通教室应设置在四层以下；中学普通教室应设置在五层以下。若学校因用地面积不足，建筑层数须超过上述要求时，其上宜布置人流分散、滞留时间较

19、长的行政办公或其他教学用房，并应进行专项分析设计，满足各类情况下学生的紧急疏散要求。中小学教学楼、医院、疗养院半数以上的教室、病房、疗养室应满足冬至日底层满窗应不低于 2h 的日照标准。5.9.1 通用规定：（1）学校、幼儿园大门不应开向城市交通干道，其主要人行出入口与城市道路红线之间应有10m以上的缓冲距离，与其他机动车出入口距离应不小于20m，并应提供接送学生大巴 2 辆以上的停车位。（2）在总平面设置及建筑设计中应符合无障碍设计要求，教学用房宜设置电梯，主要教学用房应至少设置 1 部无障碍楼梯。间距以及日照规范食堂图书馆办公公共空间小 学初 中高 中School standard int
