40、e,reduce the amount of ground construction,so that the construction of the building disappeared in the Forest Park建筑合理性设计为了使场地中轴两侧建筑形态交相呼应，并让建筑空间的使用更为合理和人性化，采取了以下措施：1、左侧建筑二层出挑，一来可以和右侧建筑形态取得呼应之势，而且可以使得二层空间整体变为有5.1m层高的大空间；2、右侧建筑设计景观坡道直接进入二层平台，一来增强了建筑的可达性，二来进一步激化了建筑二层以上空间的使用，提升建筑高楼层的价值。在-3m标高上做满0.4的容积率
