    7、of this scheme is to invite people out to common areas through a network of connections to the towers and edges,and more active central space.Amenities are strategically located along a central spine to maximize the enrgy ofthe project.The experiences will focus on entertainment,health,lifestyle,a y

    8、oung and fun atmosphere.The perimeter landscape and around towers is more calm and passive for families and all age groups.People can enjoy a garden like experience through a network of trails through trees and lush plantings.It will be an opportunity to live in a modern horticultural park full of v

    9、ariety,color and art.?PARK PLACE?Park Place combines a natural park landscape experience for guests with modern luxury amenities and materials.High energy spaces and activities are clustered around the welcome center and the club house,while a parklike experience surrounds the towers.Passive program

    10、 is dispersed throghout the park connected by walking paths.A special attraction in the park are terraced ponds near the club house.Providing a more exclusive experience for the guests,and deck platforms for events that view over and into the multi-tiered pond discs and waterfalls.An open and inviti

    11、ng civic plaza greets people at the street and pulls them into the project through a series of outdoor terraces,dining areas,modern gardens,and multi level pool decks.Each of the welcome center spaces are designed around a special attraction using water-the swimming pool,hot tubs,children pool,water
